Project management and implementation of corporate decisions for growth or redevelopment are topics, just the same as technical assistance in the implementation of a quality management system and new communications technologies.
As a personnel consultant, I see myself as an intermediary for both clients and candidates. I have almost become part of the industry based on years of experience in the areas of customer service, marketing and sales. I put this capital to use for both sides in a profitable manner. As a result, I am often faster and more successful at filling vacant positions than traditional mediators. I save my clients time and lower operating costs this way, facilitating preferred positions for my candidates.
